Need help with your account, pairing, purchases, privacy choices, export, or account deletion? Email hello@dearestjournal.com. Please do not send journal entries, photographs, voice notes, passwords, recovery phrases, or other intimate content by email. We normally reply within two business days.

For purchase and refund requests made through the App Store, use Apple's purchase-support process. To restore an existing purchase, open Dearest → Profile → Membership → Restore purchases.

You can export your data and permanently delete your account in the App. If you cannot access your account, email us from the address used to register so we can verify the request.
